Shadow work is a form of self therapy/self help that focuses on healing your shadow self (the parts of yourself that tend to come out in the heat of an argument for example) & learning to love and accept/take accountability for your shadow self. This involves healing past traumas, breaking trauma bonds, increasing self love/self worth, etc.
